📦 Orders

How do I place a custom order?

Visit our Place a Custom Order page and fill out the form for your brand — Kenya Crafting Drip or G-Kids Drip. We'll follow up to confirm your details.

Is a deposit required?

Yes! A deposit is required before your order begins. Once you submit your form, we'll contact you with payment details. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Can I make changes to my order after submitting?

Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

⏱️ Turnaround Time

How long does it take to complete my order?

Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Rush orders may be available — contact us to ask.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. A deposit is collected before production begins.

Are refunds available?

Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once production has started. If there is an error on our end, we will make it right!

What products can I customize?

We offer custom T-Shirts, Tumblers, Graduation Stoles, Kids' Clothing (G-Kids Drip), and Event & Occasion Designs. Check our Pricing page for details.

Can I provide my own design?

Absolutely! You can upload or describe your design in the order form. Our team will work with you to bring your vision to life.
